Lint is the discarded remains of clothing that is manifested through use. The act of making clothing from these remains explores this connection to the past. Just as memories are unable to reconstruct reality, the reconstructed garments will never have the same comfort. The comfort that memory gives us is lost over time and this is echoed in the utilitarian cuts which juxtapose and constrain the fragile, soft materiality of lint.
